What is more comforting than hearty dal loaded with coriander, spices and ghee ! (Yes, I take my ghee very seriously) Most days, I don't either have the time or the energy to cook a very elaborate meal so I make what's simple and close to my heart. When @elthecook reached out to me with their most intriguing Dal Tadka, it was like someone had heard my prayers.
All you need to do is add turmeric and salt and boil the dal and add a spoonful of their Tadka goodness, and that's it! I kid you not, it was delicious, so easy and perfect for my quick and easy weekday meals.
